Born in Castelfranco Veneto in 1989, Giulia Parin Zecchin—aka Julinko—establishes herself as one of the most magnetic, bold, and introspective voices in contemporary underground music. A poet, singer, and multi-instrumentalist, the Venetian artist has built a highly personal sonic temple where ethereal purity constantly flirts with the roar of distortion and darkness. Her artistic trajectory is masterfully summarized in the expressive power that has developed over a decade of tireless metamorphosis.

Since her early works, such as "Hidden Omens" (2015) and "Nèktar" (2019), Julinko has explored boundary territories between psych-doom, dark-folk, industrial sounds, and ambient-drone. Capable of alternating between the electric violence of her trio formation and the stark, ancestral, and hypnotic intimacy of her solo performances, she has simultaneously lent her unique voice to cult projects like Bosco Sacro. This expressive urgency has led her to perform on stages throughout Europe, including a memorable continental tour alongside Messa. The definitive and exhilarating culmination of this journey came with the release of "Naebula," an album released in January 2026 on the forward-thinking Maple Death Records (in co-production with Avantgarde Music).

Entirely composed and performed by Julinko herself, her last  album abandons much of the old heavy heaviness to delve into a twilight and spectral minimalism of destabilizing beauty. Between circular melodies, wordless vocal exorcisms, and hallucinogenic interweavings, songs like "Osmòs," "Cloudmachine," and "Ora et Devoura" transform into veritable ritual chants. “Naebula” pulses with a feverish and immediate intensity, a crystalline catharsis that projects Julinko among the priestesses of the caliber of Jarboe, Diamanda Galás and Meredith Monk.
